Remember, the circus is over; there is no comedy anymore. These are trying times in Ghana’s democratic dispensation. Do not bend the rules to favour anybody before you.
We know you are under pressure from Jubilee House. If you think you cannot stand the pressure, do the right thing and step down. Justices of the Supreme Court should be seen as unbiased and impartial interpreters of the law.
The way you are running the Supreme Court, there is nothing to write home about. You need not be reminded that there are appointing authorities of all Justices of the Supreme Court. But your allegiance is not to the appointing authority but to the Constitution. Justices of the Supreme Court should not allow their decisions to be actuated by political prejudice.
It is also important to understand that, it does not pay to subvert the will of the people. The Supreme Court of Ghana should be seen to be doing the right thing. Let the world know that the Supreme Court of Ghana is not a Kangaroo Court.
