The International Tourism Exchange (ITB) will kick off from March 5 to 7, 2024 at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.

According to the organizers, this year’s ITB has already registered impressive booking levels with almost 90 per cent of the exhibition area occupied.

Dubbed at the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show, the ITB boasts a wide range of exhibitors with increased participation of exhibitors from the Host Country, Oma as well as other Arab states.

The 2024 edition of the ITB will assemble an array of participating countries such as Turkey, Greece, from Asia and Africa.

The International Tourism Exchange was launched for the first time in 1966 with only nine exhibitors, namely,  Egypt, Brazil, Federal Republic of Germany, Guinea and Iraq.

Due to the resilience of Messe Berlin, the World’s Leading Travel and Trade Show has since grown as one of the biggest travel events on the globe.

A look at some statistical facts:

At ITB Berlin 2023 around 5,500 exhibitors from 161 countries displayed their products and services to over 90,000 visitors.

In 2023, under the heading ’Mastering Transformation’, the ITB Berlin Convention took place as a live event with a total of 24,000 attendees who took part in 200 sessions with 400 leading speakers.

Participants will find out how hoteliers can master the digital transformation in the Hospitality Track and in the Hotel Technology Track. The eagerly awaited Technology Tours and Activities Forum (TTA) is also returning to the convention this year.
