PRINCIPLES OF THE CHARTER
First Principle of The Charter – The Electoral Commission
This is the PLAYGROUND; the most important institution you should MANIPULATE.
Dismiss the COMPETENT ELECTORAL COMMISSIONER by slapping false charges against him/her.
Appoint a new INCOMPETENT ELECTORAL COMMISSIONER you can manipulate at will.
Place the INCOMPETENT ELECTORAL COMMISSIONER under guard by members of your notorious vigilante mob.
Tell the INCOMPETENT ELECTORAL COMMISSIONER that He/She is the prisoner of your vigilante mob and He/She dare not declare you as the loser of the election; else you cannot guarantee their safety.
Populate the Electoral Commission with a BOSS(MAN) / BOSS(WOMAN) from your political party as Deputy Electoral Commissioners.
On Election Day, subtly disenfranchise people in areas you have no chance of winning.
Print more ballot papers for your party to be thumb-printed in your favour and attempt to switch original ballot boxes with fake ballot boxes.
There is something called PINK SHEETS. They are particularly important. KILL the original ones with correct figures and instruct the INCOMPETENT ELECTORAL COMISSIONER to GIVE BIRTH to FALSIFIED PINK SHEETS with doctored figures to favour you.
Second Principle of the Charter – The Judiciary
Populate the Judiciary with members and or sympathisers of your political party.
Appoint justices of the Supreme Court with justices bearing your political party colours and ideology.
Tell justices of the Supreme Court to rule in your favour in election dispute cases brought before them.
Third Principle of the Charter – The Armed Forces & The Police
Infiltrate the Armed Forces and the Police with members of your vigilante THUGS.
Cripple the firepower of the standing Army by arming members of your vigilante THUGS within the forces better than the regular army.
Advice your vigilante THUGS in the Army and the Police to shoot to kill all those who oppose you.
Advice members of your vigilante THUGS to plant illegal weapons in the vehicles of your opponents to implicate your opponents of firearms offences.
Fourth Principle of the Charter – The Media
Send your information minister and other foot soldiers of your party to visit selected media houses and bribe them with cash stolen from the national coffers.
Instruct all media houses that accept your cash offers to publish and disseminate any rubbish you want them to publish or broadcast
Arrest all journalists who do not toe the line.
