The President of technological company, Brich Hub, Mr Richmond Aumedu, is advising the youth to use their minds to make genuine money.
He said there are many opportunities in the technological space which can guarantee secured and genuine source of livelihood for the youth rather than engaging in unscrupulous activities.
According to him, the use of technology to defraud unsuspecting people is not sustainable and equally criminal with consequences which the youth should desist from.
” They should not depend on defrauding, betting and illegal activities in the internet space because it does not help” , he reiterated.
MrAsumedu, who was speaking at the launch of the company in Accra, indicated that his outfit is seeking to employ the youth who will themselves be empowered to make a living.
Under the theme: “solving societal challenges the Brich way using technology “, the company is expected to operate a platform which will guarantee vehicle security for their owners.
With this technology, the company will be able to monitor, lock and unlock car engines .
Aside what will be done in the auto car space, the company will embark on outreach programmes to the rural areas where basic information technology training will be provided to the folks there.
In all, MrAsumedu, said the company is seeking to create 5,000 jobs for the youth in the areas of packaging, advertising and branding among others.
Speaking at the event, the Head of Human Resource at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Mr. Eric Mensah Bonsu was happy that Brich Hub, has shown the way to the youth to follow in terms of using technology to create jobs.
According to him,it is ideas which build nations which is why he commends the President of Brich Hub for putting his ideas to the best of use.
The Ministry, his stressed will continue to help the youth nurture their talents for job creation.
